Regiongruzservice is a unique, private & real independent shipping, logistics, tank farm & deep sea breakbulk terminal in the Port of Vladivostok specializing in the transhipment, handling and storage of petroelum products, cargoes, blending, general goods and chemicals.
It operates approximately 1.05 million m3 of liquid storage capacity for a mix of products including Crude Oil, LPG, Naphtha, Gasoline, Kerosene, Gasoil, VGO and Fuel Oil. It has excellent connections for product movement, with access to road, sea, and inland waterways, as well as a potential for rail transport.

History of the Company
Limited Liability Company "Regiongruzservice" was founded in 2011 in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra , Kogalym and was among the first company in the region, providing services in the bunkering of ships. The company was founded by professionals, for many years worked in the field of maritime transport and a good knowledge of the problems and peculiarities of fleet supply.
Offering 1.05 million m3 of combined storage capacity across the continents, it plans to increase to over 5 million m3 in the near future as new projects come on line.
In Currently , Regiongruzservice LLC is a leading supplier of bunker fuel in ports of the Russian Far East of Russia: Vladivostok, Nakhodka, Vostochny, Slavyanka, Zarubino, Posyet. Since November 2006, Regiongruzservice LLC has become a member of the International Bunker Industry Association. To ensure the constant availability of bunker fuel and oil products for the needs of customers, the company has oil storage tanks in the cities of Vladivostok, Nakhodka and the village of Slavyanka for direct storage and deliveries of oil products.
Own tanker fleet, bunker fuel quality control system and interaction with independent surveyor organizations guarantee the availability of the types of fuel the client needs, its high quality in full compliance with international standards 8217 bunker 2012 and the requirements of MARPOL ANNEX VI, and exact adherence to delivery dates.
